Q: What size should I order ?

Q: How shall I clean my Ugg boots?
A: Here are some advice for you. Rinse clean in clean, cold water; wring out excess water; lightly stuff with paper towels to hold shape;allow drying naturally and slowly.
DO NOT dry in direct heat or sunlight.
* Once footwear is dry, lightly brush with a very soft suede/nubuck brush in one direction only.
* Use a mixture of 2 tsp. baking soda and 2 tsp. corn flour to deodorize and soften the inside of the boots. If you wish, you can add a few drops of an essential oil to create a sweet scent. Shake the mixture into the boots and let it stand overnight. Shake the excess out the next day.
* Hand wash using cool to lukewarm water in a sink, immerse boots completely and allow them to fill with water. Do not use hot water as boots will shrink. If insoles are removable, take them out and wash them separately, replacing them when both boots and insoles are dry.

Return Requirements
The item(s) is been judged of workmanship quality defect, Not any personalized factors.
The item(s) being returned in original conditions includes all parts, i.e tags, labels,etc.
The item(s) has not been used, modified or altered
The item(s) is being returned within the 7 days from receipt.
The items fistly need to send back to us( customer shall be responsible for the shipping fee). When the shoes been received, the facotory technical team will give the professional judgement. If it is determined to be the workmanship quality problem, we will replace new one to you. We will pay shipping fee for the replaced products we ship to customer in this condition. Please kindly noted that we DO NOT accept returns unless confirmed via email.
Exchanges
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same model within 15days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order Number to assist . All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not used, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
Please well noted that we do not cover the shipping cost of the replacement, you will be responsible for the return postage and for all the other cost occured during exchange process.
